About The Human Update
Software gets updated all the time. People rarely do. We exist to change that.
Our main service is the Applied AI Operator Workshop: three days that turn Belgian SME teams into responsible AI operators — tool-neutral, business-first and compliance-aware.
Just like reading and writing, AI literacy has become a basic skill. Our goal is to make people AI-literate in line with legislation. We do this in an interactive way, tailored to how each participant processes information.
Our home base: Hasselt, Limburg
The Human Update's three-day AI workshop takes place in our cosy space in Hasselt, Limburg. Here we update people on AI, in an environment designed to make you and your team AI-literate.
We deliberately chose a different interior from what you are used to in a classic training room: cosy, warm and homely. At The Human Update we don't believe in dull training days behind a desk. We focus on interaction, which works best when people feel comfortable and safe. That's why our space doesn't feel like a classroom, but like a place where you can simply be yourself while you learn.
Practicalities are covered too: there is plenty of parking, with charging stations for those who drive electric.

Kim is an AI specialist and developer by trade. He has immersed himself in AI for years and knows the technology inside out. He keeps the workshop up to date and supports companies after the training with implementation.
